Single Moms of Infants and Toddlers. How many hours in bed is a goodnight sleep on a week night?

Not counting getting up and changing diapers and bottles but actual time going to bed till getting up in the Am to get ready for work

With an Infant, six hours total and three hours in any one instance is about the best one can expect. With a Toddler, barring bad dreams and drinks of water, you can get the usual 7 or 8, depending on how messy you’re willing to let your house get.
