How do you define a single Parent?
Is a single Parent just an unmarried person with children? Is someone a single Parent when they are divorced, and if they are, then what is the other parent? Or are they both Single Parents? What if you have a live in boyfriend/girlfriend, especially if that person is the child’s father? Are you a single parent even if the other parent is very involved in the child’s life? Just curious as to how others define a single parent, or what comes to mind when you hear the term.
well a single parent to me is a person who has a kid a has full responsibility for the child. like a parent who’s spouse has passed away and left behind a child who also be considered parent. or when someone gets divorced and they have full custody of the child is a single parent. basically when 1 person has the full responsibility of the child.
