I have a out of control teen. what can i do?
My son is 14. Not coming home at night. suspended from school. In trouble with the law. Ican’t afford boot or military school. How can i get help?
I have heard that the program Outward Bound is really good for getting kids back on the right track. Perhaps they could offer you a scholarship. If you google Outward Bound you’ll get sites with helpful info, including program locations. As far as short term support it sounds like you need to get him into counsling as soon as possible. Have you been in touch with the school to set up a conference with yourself, your son, the principal and the counsler? I would start there. Do something asap.
